“I can't recommend Dr Louise Roebuck enough. She has such a calming presence and instantly made me feel comfortable, which isn’t something I have often felt at the dentist! I was curious about Invisalign and she took the time to explain everything clearly. She even spent extra time adjusting the scanner and showing me different options just to make sure I was 100% happy with the plan. I also had two fillings with her with the support of Rosie too, and I am really pleased. In the past, I have had dentists who rushed through appointments and left me feeling uneasy, but Dr Roebuck was the opposite. Her and Rosie were very patient, and reassuring. “I cannot recommend What the Pup enough! Compared to the previous ones I’ve used (3!) they have a better availability and are reliable! They send you booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, pictures. Very friendly and professional staff. And mainly my nervous dog actually lets them handle her! They managed to even clean her teeth which I haven’t been able to!”
