“Stumbled on this place while looking for somewhere central to meet the family coming from different parts of England. Bar staff were lovely and friendly. Good range of beers on tap and bottled available to suit every taste. The rest of the customers were friendly and very chatty. Football was on the tv to keep the lads interested while the girls chatted. Finished the evening off with a couple of games of pool. Would definitely go back here and use it as a meeting place again. Maybe next time we will have some food!!”

After finding out it's under new ownership I was concerned it might not be as good as it used to be, I couldn't have been more wrong for thinking it, the food was perfect, wouldn't change a thing.
