“Fantastic value from Bancroft. My wife and I needed a place to crash during an NEC event. Having never used a guesthouse before, I was rather dubious. Bancroft exceeded my expectations! Victoria, the owner, was friendly, discreet and helpful. She provided a lovely upstairs room. Three large beds with optional fans for those of us that like air! My wife enjoyed breakfast one day. Excellent value and cooked to order. I will not hesitate to rebook next time I visit a conference. Apologies for the lousy picture and movie. They do not do justice to the establishment. Recommended.”

“Was there on Father’s Day and what a breakfast treat we had! The traditional breakfast is absolutely must have and full on value for money! The food is so well presented that these guys are artists! We enjoyed our time here and special shout to Sharon who was very Kind, polite and proactive, even the other staff in general, one of the best customer services I’ve seen in a while! If you are visiting Coventry, put this place on your places to visit!”

“Had Sunday lunch today, the food was perfect.. no question of there not being enough.. there was more than we could eat. A lovely pub very well laid out. Nice staff but a little overworked as it was difficult to get there attention at times. 9.9/10. We'll definitely be back.”

“One of the best bubble tea in cov (tried happy lemon, royal cha, T4 and Jidong), IMO tied first with Jidong. A wide range of choices and all the drinks be it milky, fruity or the slushies were made correctly and taste was spot on. My go-to for bubble tea in the city centre. Update: just tried their matcha tiramisu, highly recommend! So happy to actually have found some matcha tiramisu in cov that I can taste matcha in. Because I'm a matchaholic I still added extra but it's visibiliy green and it's fantastic. Delicious”

The food was excellent quality, fresh and well worth the money, the cakes had vegan and gluten free option's, I honestly couldn't fault anything at all and I shall definitely be going back.”

“Stayed at this hotel with work, and I was really impressed from my arrival. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and spacious rooms. I was greeted with a friendly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. I had injured myself prior to visiting and staff were quick to help out. Even though they did not have any ice packs, they made sure to improvise and I couldn't be more grateful. Bar service was quick, and they accommodated a large party for dining. Food came out quickly and tasted great. A great sleep after a long drive!”

“This place makes some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings taste super fresh, and the flavors are spot on. The garlic knots are a must-try, and the staff is friendly and quick. Great prices, big portions, and just overall a spot I’ll definitely be coming back to.”

“Excellent small store caters mainly for and is very popular with the student population, exceptionally long opening hours 7 till 11 daily.can get rather busy around 6 PM. Easy access with auto doors one level and adjoining car park .self service checkouts but you can be served by a human if required.the range of food stuffs is some what limited but very varied . friendly helpful staff who are always pleased to help”

“Simple, clean, friendly. I read people complaining that the breakfast pastries are small... This is true, but they are not limited, so it's pretty easy to have a couple instead of one big one. I was totally satisfied. I needed budget, convenient, accommodation and this was perfect. It is not a luxury hotel, it does not claim to be, but I had no complaints!”

“Lovely independent coffee shop in Coventry city centre, first time visiting and won't be the last now I've discovered it! Had the chai latte which was lovely (but after reading the reviews wish I'd tried the coffee - next time!) Also had the chocolate banana loaf which was delicious but maybe a tad on the expensive side? The place is small but cute and full of atmosphere, they have seating downstairs it seemed like also.”

“Cinda’s Kitchen is hands down one of the best cafés in Leamington Spa! The owner is absolutely lovely—so welcoming and friendly, it really feels like a home away from home. The hospitality is amazing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The food is top-notch! Our go-to favourites are the chicken piri piri (either in a panini or with rice), their pasta, coffee, homemade cakes, and a proper good omelette. Everything is fresh, full of flavour, and made with love. It’s also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus! Perfect place to grab a bite and relax, whether you’re on your own, with friends, or bringing your pup along. If you’re in Leamington Spa, you have to visit Cinda’s Kitchen. Highly recommend!
