“This place has such stunningly beautiful food! So tasty and full of flavour. The menu has a real Middle Eastern vibe which I wasn’t expecting from the previous pictures, and it was glorious. We had the lamb flatbread ( big enough for two!) with a side of the Harissa falafel. Good service, nice decor, great coffee, and excellent social distance measures. Felt safe and clean in there. Highly recommended!!”

“Was welcomed into the Saxon Mill Warwick front of house to have dinner so really glad we found it. The atmosphere was cosy and well designed decor. We received a good service from the team. The food was cooked to a high standard and the lamb was well done as requested. The restaurant was clean and being this was our first time in Coventry for a Special event was grateful that the Saxon Mill team welcomed us in to dine without a booking with the same food choices as the restaurant area. “I have been to Lazy Monkey about 4 times now and each time has surpassed my expectations. I have been here alone, with my other half and with our two children and have enjoyed each experience as much as the last. The food is absolutely top quality for flavour, even the naan is mouth watering. The portions are perfect and every mouthful is delicious. The cocktails are superb. Fresh, flavoursome and well priced. The staff are always polite, friendly and professional and make you feel welcome every single time. The venue itself has a lovely, warm vibe and you instantly feel relaxed and the music always pleases. We may not get here as often as we would like but we enjoy every visit and always leave with good memories and wanting to come back.”

The breakfast is really good too! Every meal that comes out of the kitchen always looks delicious, with generous portions, high quality and great value for money. This is my new go-to spot in Leamington Spa. The quality of food and exceptional service keep me and my family coming back. “Really lovey local cafe, run by a very friendly couple. Visited here for breakfast three days in a row while staying around the corner on holiday with friends. Everything we had was freshly cooked using quality ingredients. Prices were very reasonable for the area. There aren’t many seats inside but there are some outside, along with a few car park spaces. Highly recommended.”

“Such a wonderful cafe. Cake is incredible, the tea (fruit tea) was the most flavoursome I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful, especially as my friend had her young child with her, they helped with the mess even though we offered to clean up. It’s dog friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. The toilet is very clean too. Can’t wait to visit again.”

“Lovely little gem of place just on the path of a canal and run by a small attentive team and seems rather popular . Not vast on the inside but does have a covered outdoor section to the side, really feels cosy surrounded by various interesting canal related items which can be purchased . The menu is straightforward consisting of breakfast / lunch type items which is freshly prepared and the quality is really good along with various takeaway bits near the counter. Just loved it and was really wonderful .”

“I visited the Half Moon for a wedding reception. The food was excellent and offered plenty of choices including vegetarian options. The staff were great and coped well with a very busy pub (as well as the usual Saturday night drinkers there were a lot of thirsty weddings guests). I’d certainly like to go back for a few pints on a regular Saturday.”

“3 of us dined lunch time at this lovely pub. A nice warm welcome as soon as we stepped in set the scene for a very enjoyable lunch. A nice chatty atmosphere as the place was busy (always a good sign) but not loud. The food didn't disappoint, my salmon was cooked to perfection and nods of approval from the others said it all. Can't comment on the beer as I, unfortunately, was driving! Thanks to all the staff, thoroughly recommended.”

“This is a wonderful wee pub. Legit had the best ploughman's I've ever had. Staff are all lovely and friendly and the garden is gorgeous. I'd already eaten the cheese and garlic bread before I took the picture.”

“Beautiful historic pub with great beer. Pub also has a brilliant Latin American restaurant attached. I’ve sampled some of the food on the menu and it’s amazing. Tapas is spot on. Burgers are huge. I’ve stopped here for work and the rooms are nice and simplistic. Whenever I’m in town for work this is my go to stop. The staff and super friendly and welcoming. Also they have the best Guinness in the area and even do a clover when pouring it. (Unheard of these days) sadly I’ve never been on time to try breakfast but smells amazing and I’ve heard good things. Can only imagine it’s as good as the evening food”

“This is an excellent choice if you want good authentic Indian food. We went for a family get together and everyone left so satisfied. We tried so many dishes and all were incredible. Even the meat eaters were ordering more Gobi 68 and Gobi Manchurian the cauliflower was so tasty! The staff were really attentive too - a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.”

“We stayed here last year in the shepherds hut retreat. Couldn't recommend it more. The location is incredible. Especially as it's barely 15 minutes outside of Coventry. So quiet and peaceful. The shop and cafe are fantastic as are the staff who couldn't do enough for us. The shepherds hut was amazing. Isolated and quiet all day and night with beautiful views of the countryside. The hut itself was very well appointed with a nice kitchen, bathroom and wood burning stove. The perfect getaway we will be back very soon!”

“Stayed here whilst in the area at BP pulse live and gotta say the staff were fab… phoned the morning of too ask over early check in as it was a long drive and they were marvellous at accommodating this… The was one minor issue but nothing to make a fuss of and again staff always happy to help The room was great but the views and quietness for me was really what finished off the place highly recommend”
