They're so patient and understanding! They always try there best to make him feel at ease and comfortable while doing the best cut they can :) Thanks to their patience and taking there time over the past few months, they've built up enough trust with him for him to let them do a full groom even in the areas he doesn't usually let anyone touch. I couldn't believe it! He also loves the fusses and treats he gets while he's there! I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend particularly if you have a slightly nervous dog.”
