The waiting area is very calm, clean and quiet with a loo. I was given tea. I could see the workshop on the CCTV it looked organised and tidy. I was very impressed with the whole outfit and staff. Contacted the dealer and sent them pictures of the package and they where so helpfull and asked if i wanted a refund for the pads or if i wanted them to send a new package and there where no problem at all to get refund through paypal”
