“Nice little place really handy for locals to hold birthday parties etc in and of course non locals too .clean toilets nice little kitchen and water jugs available to make up juice for kids ,tea making facilities are available.not a lot of parking but you can park down the street if you can find a space.not a large hall think 60 to 80 would maybe be the most comfortable amount of guests here.small shop right next door that is handy if you've forgotten something nice little place for small functions”
