Jackie reassured me that most packages do come early but that they also had a few items I was after in stock, so I knew what would be available to buy there if I needed to. She also took my number to call if the delivery did come on time, so I didn’t have to rush out and buy twice unnecessarily. Just had the phone call from Jackie there to say that my order is in and ready to go. This has been such a huge help and one less worry when travelling with an 11 month old!
