My dog was diagnosed with swelling in his mouth and had to undergo an X-ray to find the root cause. As many of you probably know, our pets are our babies, and when they’re unwell, we need that extra bit of comfort, empathy, and compassion. At my follow-up appointment, Frances went above and beyond. She made me feel at ease and showed genuine empathy and compassion toward both me and my dog. She is one of the best vets in Scotland, and it’s clear she truly cares about the animals in her care. We need more vets like Frances—she is outstanding. I would highly recommend her”
