Last week, I was able to purchase greens like amaranth, malabar spinach, sorrel (gongura), and fenugreek (methi). Today, I found fresh shelled papdi in packets. For someone like me who regularly cooks Indian food, the variety provided is inspirational. I should also say a word about the staff. In my experience, they are polite and helpful.”
