βMy dad went into shop for advice re my sick goldfish, very helpful owner tested the water sample my dad had with him, ammonia levels were sky high, got some advice and some 'medicine', was very helpful when i phoned a few days later for some more info, wasn't any trouble for owner and most pleasant.
