From the moment we walked in we all felt at ease and they talked us through the process beforehand to make sure that our son had a positive experience to build on. Karl and Paula were very calm and patient with him and it made for a very positive appointment and a great haircut at the end. The trainers, Yvette, Adele and Tara are very professional. They offer you the support and advice you require and encourage you to have belief in yourself when you think you can't do something and all this is combined with a great sense of humour. I cannot recommend this training highly enough. Anyone thinking about becoming a Dog Groomer should definitely enrol on this course. It's just a shame that it goes so quick!”

The staff were very kind and the vet that saw our dog was very good. He gave her a pretty good 'MOT' and prescribed medication for her which we could then just call and ask for more of if necessary. We're relieved we were able to get our lovely dog seen so promptly by such a kind veterinary practice.”
