We booked in with Karl and Paula after coming across the Grooming Gurus on Facebook as they have a reputation for being amazing with children who are still new to the barbers. From the moment we walked in we all felt at ease and they talked us through the process beforehand to make sure that our son had a positive experience to build on. Karl and Paula were very calm and patient with him and it made for a very positive appointment and a great haircut at the end.
