I went in today having let my hair get so matted and was ready to shave it off but the manager gail talked me out of it and suggested that they try and detangle it. 5 hours of tugging and working on my hair they worked miracles and it was still long and straight and now shoulder length. I didn’t need it shaved but the girls were absolutely amazing working on me all afternoon they never stopped and when it was finished I was so thankful for a full head of hair and a beautiful cut. Thank you so much again to all of you- gail, netty and Karen absolutely amazing experience”
