We were really impressed with the service we received, and the flower arrangement for the coffin was beautiful. Nothing seemed to be a hassle for the team, and they very kindly arranged for the arrangement to be returned to them after the service (otherwise they would have been disposed of by the crematorium, as is their Friday afternoon policy,) so that they could make up six individual bouquets for my gran's loved ones. The flowers were still fresh and looked vibrant a week afterwards. We would highly recommend the shop and will be looking to use them again in future.”
