“COULDN’T RECOMMEND ENOUGH! At first I was shy and apprehensive about meeting janie due to suffering with anxiety and already trying out different therapies but as soon as I met janie she made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process and made sure I understood every step of the process how it works. Suffering with anxiety and OCD was effecting my teenage life such as school, friendships etc. I used to have panic attacks every morning before school and went into school once a week if I was lucky but janie helped me overcome that along with other things I was suffering from. As the process went on I found myself looking forward to my sessions and I couldn’t wait to tell janie what had what I had accomplished that week. Janie always celebrated and made me feel proud of the the small milestones I had accomplished even If It didn’t seem like much at the time. From going to school once a week with regular panic attacks I soon found myself going to school for the full week along with sitting in the exam hall full of people which I would of never done at the start of this process. After finishing the full course with Janie I have moved onto college, started a job, along with many other things I would of never imagined myself doing. All thanks to janie!!
