“I use 57 all of the time and they are pretty much always on time/friendly! But this weekend, they were exceptional! Not only did our driver take me and my drunk partner home safely, the driver also tried to recover my SamsungS10E so that he may return it upon discovering two guys (customers) were trying to steal it! They were then racially abusive to the driver and stole my phone! I could not thank the driver and office team of 57 enough for all of their help, they really went the extra mile to contact me and make me aware and are now cooperating with the police also. To the driver, I really hope you are ok and know how grateful I am:)”

“My travel to and from Kingswood Retail was great. Both drivers were friendly. I noticed smell of cigarette in the car. Can DRIVE let the car have some fresh air sprayed in it before picking up a customer, please. Once this elderly driver in his Citroën car, the window can only be opened for 1inch by pushing the lever/window out. Still I was suffocating until I reached home. Please smoke outside the car !!!”
