“My local Toolstation is great. I order online so I know they have what I want in stock, and they are so quick at getting stuff ready to collect which is ideal for early starters like myself. The products are fit for purpose most of the time and fairly priced.. returns are easy and processed quickly unlike the nearby competitors who can take a week or two. The staff are happy to help and it’s nice to be greeted by your name ( thanks Sheena) and to be made welcome.”

She produced a measure so I could check the container measurements (as I had left mine at home by mistake), actively helped me select the right ones within the price range I was looking for, was very knowledgeable and even took the containers I'd chosen to the checkout for me (I have arthritis) and then loaded them in to the boot of my car.
