Enya agreed to do our hair on a day the salon doesn’t even open & Jazz who booked us in was super accommodating as well as understanding, while also being very considerate of Enya the member of staff who would be working alone on us all, they were so helpful even gave us after care - checking in to see we were happy customers!! I trusted Enya to do what she thought was best for my teenage daughter & she pulled it off beautifully can not fault the girl whilst being so young & working so hard with great customer service skills she remained professional throughout although she was under some pressure doing 3 Asian heads alone & this isn’t a easy task by far!!!
