Andrew, the owner, was able to have a look at the car when I dropped it off early. He disregarded any ‘faults’ identified by Halfords and checked the car himself. He identified genuine faults and gave an honest price for the repairs which came in several hundred pounds less than that quoted by Halfords. We have been ripped off by so many garages in the past and it is reassuring to find a genuinely trustworthy garage. As Andrew told me, he’s been fixing cars for 45 years and he knows what he is doing! I will certainly be returning to Reliance next time and would recommend the garage without hesitation.”
