“This place is a wallet emptier !! Proceed with caution, I went in for throat lozenges and spent £48 and forgot the bloody lozenges !! Cheaper than the supermarkets and chemists, 99% of the time, but that is the reason you empty your pockets, bargains everywhere. Great range of real ales too, at very good prices. Great staff, chatty and friendly with great product knowledge. 10/10”

“In the 1970’s my Nonna had a shop like this. We called it the open all hours shop, it sold everything and had fabulous service. It’s the same here friendly, fresh bread, coffee, post office and everything inbetween. Expert multi tasker switching it up between post office and shop to make sure everyone got served in a timely manner. Local shops like this used to be the hub of the community and this one still is. Great to have you on my doorstep.”
