“Fast at picking of click and collect order, communications equally prompt. Service reviewed on what appeared to be a quiet Sunday however I couldnt fault the 'customer experience'. Staff pleasant and order correctly picked. Only criticism would be stock levels on what I would consider standard products (e.g. landscape fabric). I had to make two orders at two different Toolstation stores but considering the current health pandemic I wouldn't want to be seen grumbling too much.”
