They didn't treat me like an eejit, they were very respectful, knowledgeable and honestly, could not have done any more for me. They showed endless patience and solved all bar one of my problems. The one unsolved problem, they gave me suggestions on where to go for the part I need. I was really worried about going into a place like this, knowing what I wanted but not knowing how to ask for it and looking a complete idiot. “Toilet started leaking Saturday morning. Arrived at City Plumbing at 11.59am. (Bearing in mind they shut for the week-end at 12.00 noon). The two staff members were at the door ready to leave and lock up. No problem they said....we're here to help. They had to open up the tills to process my purchase.
