“Visited this hair salon to get my 3 daughter’s hair trimmed. Called at 5:20 and the salon closes at 5:30 but Enka said to bring them and she would do it. She did their hair quickly and even gave them chocolates. She stayed half an hour past closing time just to do their hair. She is very friendly and lovely person. I couldn’t be more grateful. “A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”
