“I’ve been going to embellish for a couple of years and love the place. The staff are so friendly. My stylist Sarah is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is attentive and caring. She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. I have put some photos on of how beautiful Sarah has made my hair look over the years with different cuts and colours.”

They provide water or a hot drink if you would like one, and they are happy to help with whatever you need, e.g. provide a phone charger. My nails were done really well, i asked if they could do something similar to a reference photo i had and they did it perfectly, costing £45. I will definitely come back when I need infills doing!”

A few days ago, I came in to book an appointment and spoke to a very sweet lady (can’t remember the name) who recommended Abby for a balayage. She showed me Abby’s work on Instagram and explained the service would be £150, including the balayage and a trim, which sounded perfect to me. Today was the appointment, and from the moment I arrived, Abby was incredibly kind and professional. I’m very particular about my hair and was a bit nervous as it was my first time at this salon, but Abby made me feel totally at ease. Before starting, I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she explained exactly what she planned to do. Throughout the process, she kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I felt super comfortable the whole time—and when I saw the final result, I was honestly shocked (in the best way!). It turned out exactly how I imagined, if not better. I was absolutely thrilled. At the end, I was charged £170 instead of £150, but honestly, I'm not complaining. Abby did an amazing job and truly deserves every penny. The service was fantastic, the vibe in the salon was great, and everyone there was so lovely. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
