He is diligent in his work, taking the time to understand the needs and wants of his customers and then working tirelessly to achieve the end results. “Did a great job with my cat, Tolkien back in May. I was a bit nervous about booking him in, as he can be a bit nasty when it comes to getting groomed at home. They helped me through understanding the approach and options- I used an oral sedative from the vet, which settled him enough for them to do a great job, de-shedding his winter coat and freshening him up. “New store which just opened this week! Been in the works for years now and it's great to see it finally open. First it started with moving the car washers which were originally on that site to redesigning the building and renovating it to sorting out the junction opposite (approval for this is probably why it took so long) and now it's finally open. Worth a visit if you cannot find what your are looking for in Sainsbury's local next door. :)”
