I’m so glad it happened because these guys are the loveliest kindest people, and not only that- they do the best nails I’ve ever had. “After seeing how great the work Andy did on my neighbours property, I asked Andy for a quote for the cleaning of my gutters, fascias and cladding on front and back of house. Andy sent me quote as promised, confirmed date of work completion and arrived on agreed date promptly. I had my gutters cleared in October and was really suprised at how much Andy got out of front and back guttering, I think the previous chap had only took out handfuls that he could see. All my guttering,fascias, and cladding look great. Andy even cleaned the patio at the back of the house where he had been working. “Multiple outstanding experiences! My grandma has been using this jewellers for many decades and recommended his services for custom jewellery alterations. Recently had my wedding ring downsized four sizes (other places advised they could not accommodate this). Very reasonable priced and work was completed in 2 weeks. Also had a family keepsake re-stone, again be try fair priced. Was advised it would take 4 weeks to seek the specific stones and the ring was completed in exactly that time frame. Staff very chatty and friendly, overall I would recommend to anyone. They have a selection of different types of jewellery and I will definitely be returning.”

“CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS MOST EXCELLENT! I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Although not in any pain , the effect of loosing a front tooth really knocked my confidence, which the team at the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic totally understood. Dr Duncan Ralston made me a temporary tooth at my first appointment. He used a laser probe to measure my mouth … no nasty ‘impressions’. The reception staff then, within a few weeks got me back into have the permanent veneer fitted. It was a perfect colour match , and fit. SMILE RESTORED.. Wanted some bird seed and the female assistant kindly went to the stockroom and fetched 2 massive bags back. They weigh a lot! Then we were having problems with the self checkout and a lovely lady assistant put all our purchases through for us. We had a laugh and a joke with her. I wish more shopping experiences were like this!”
