I was buying my first property (apartment) which came with many complexities around being a leasehold, maintenance fees, EWS1 etc. and some existing damages that needed to be accounted for prior to completion. They couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, efficient, and friendly. They made the process far less stressful than what I was expecting and in reality, they made it a breeze! I really believe they always had my best interests in mind and everything in hand from start to finish. When any disruptions came up, they dealt with urgently, efficiently and always called back when they said they would. I was even hit with sudden overspend fees from the property management company over 9 months after completion for a period where I didn’t even own the property, that should have been dealt with between the previous owners and the property management (property managements fault.) A quick call and a couple of emails to Darshna & Jo, and they worked hard to recover the fees successfully from the previous owners within days, and at no additional cost. Absolutely exceptional service. Every person I spoke to when contacting Frisby & Small was friendly, always passed messages on and ensured I got a call back when needed.
