βJust had my diagnosis for ADHD. If I had gone with the NHS, there would have been a 3+ year wait. This process took 4 months. I had Sarah Carr, she is very supportive and understanding. We need this service to continue as otherwise many people would be suffering and would feel let down, they help a lot of people, make them feel valued and appreciated.β
βI have found Garry to be professional and yet open and warm. I was nervous to start out with, but Garry helped me to feel at home and helped me with my problems patiently and professionally, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Garry.β

βFirst time visiting the podiatry service here. I was fitted in at short notice and met a friendly, efficient podiatrist who took excellent care of me. The venue is easy to find and lots of parking available. Handy for Leicester and villages around. Thank you!β
βDr. Minhas is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the treatment plan. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail go far above and beyond what I expected. I canβt thank him enough I have a total Laryngectomy due to Cancer which has left me with no voice and other complications DR gave me open access which works really well Receptionistβs are very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Kejol is caring her compassion, for patients is second to none. She takes the time to listen and always greet you with a smile which put you at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and truly caring doctor.β
βI had tried getting intouch with heron gp practise for 3 weeks requesting the practise manager to contact me as a request from 7th November had not been actioned and receptionists disconnect the call after leaving me on hold for over an hour. After visiting st matthews practise today and speaking with Jasmine about the matter, it was resolved in a matter of hours with a call to myself to confirm. Now this is fantastic service from Jasmine. Staff that answer the phone at the other practice are clueless and donβt take the time to look into my notes on file and told me that another request needs to be sent. Jasmine has saved me alot of time and further stress. Thank you Jasmine Youβre a starβ
βAbsolutely amazing staff at reception, always so welcoming and hospitable. Although the new phone system is very frustrating. You can't get through to your GP surgery and instead put through to a central system which is not helpful at all. If you want to get a message to your surgery you physically have to go in as there is no phone or email communication. Thus is frustrating for people with reduced mobility or transport issues. Please bring the old system back so we can communicate with our own GP surgeryβ
βLadies reading this looking for a doctor that cares about women's health, as someone who has had multiple doctors just straight up say it's just anxiety or not care at other practices - BOOK WITH JULIA SIMPSON!! She is so lovely, and genuinely cares so much about your health. Every appointment with her I've had has felt so safe and I really couldn't recommend her more, she has your health and safety at the foremost of her concerns and will suggest the right thing for you. I can't speak on behalf of her and menstrual related problems, but I can tell from my own appointments she'd be one to trust with them.β
βIve had a lovely experience from cedars still waiting for support worker.this. Service keeps me alive without it youd be taking away lifes support staff are friendly and the Manager's are approchable.β
βAfter being directed from LRI children's A&E, we were given an appt for 5am. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the appt as requested. Reception signed us in. It didn't appear busy (no one was waiting). We were called in at 4:55am. The doc took our handover and observed our daughter and we were given the appropriate medication. We've had a positive experience here this morning. We are thankful we were seen.β
βStaff at the Beaumont Ward Try their best to help and care for you, I understand that after being here for a while, They only lock you in a room to help you and others if you are angry with the staff and you hit them, they only lock you in a room to protect other patients and staff and to help you, so you can calm down, they dont like to lock you in a room if it can be helped. Now I realise they are only trying to help and care, I think the staff here at the Beaumont Ward are Amazing, it may not seem like they are always helping you, but they are, but I understand they dont just have me to help they have lots of other patients, and also lots of work they have to do in the office, so I understand now, they are very kind and helpful and try to help you, and when you are kind and caring back they will start to trust you, they might not understand fully how Im feeling at the moment, but they still try the best to help me when they can and they spend time with you and talk to you when they are not busy. They try the best to understand how you feel, but its not always possible for them to know how you are feeling. I find the staff here helpful and kind and caring, and a nice Ward Manager who is kind called Jessie, and although I might look happy, at the moment the truth is, I feel sad, and heartbroken, wish I could go back to the past and fix things, but Its not that simple, and so Rather than hurting the staff because I understand they are trying to help me Im going to respect that and be kind and caring to them now the rest of the time Im here, and I want them to start trusting me, but Im not telling them something that maybe I should tell them, but if I am still here in a few weeks they will find out what it is Im not telling them, and I know it might not be the right thing that Im doing and will do in a few weeks, but either way, Im going to respect them as they only try to help and be kind and caring to them. Im not going to hurt the staff anymore as its not fair when they are only trying to help, if anyone, I will only hurt myself as I dont particulary care about myself, but I do care about others and not just others, I care about animals and pets, but not myself. I can keep all my feelings trapped inside my body like I have done in the past and pretend to be happy, but Im not feeling happy, but I will always be a kind caring person no matter how I feel, and the staff deserve to be treated with respect, they come here to work everyday and to try their best to help you. They are very friendly and kind, so Im going to try and stay out the way as much as possible as I understand they are busy have lots of other patients to care for and lots of work to do not just me. Good staff here!!!!! And a good hospital, and a good ward, you feel safe when you are here.β
