“Lovely conveniently located place to eat. We had the full English and mochas. The breakfast was great with eggs cooked to perfection with a choice of poached, fried etc. The sausages were spicy and well flavoured and there was plenty of the delicious beef bacon. The mocha was delicious and lovely artwork too. The staff were polite and the setting with booths is excellent.”

“Beautiful brunch this morning at cafe clo, the avocado on toast was amazing and the chocolate clementine torte was lovely too. Service was efficient and friendly, all staff very pleasant. Only negative would be the tea needs to be served slightly hotter as it went cold too quickly but other than that fantastic. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou to all staff!”

“Very impressed with the optical staff today, took my son for his first eye test. i explained he has adhd, was a little worried we wouldnt be able to do it today but we got the eye test done all the optical team were excellent with him. Many thanks to you all.”

“The kids were buzzing with excitement when we visited here. There's a designated area for the little ones, keeping the tiny tots safe and sound. For the older children, the soft play and large slide is a guaranteed hit, providing hours of entertainment. It is a great place to let the kids burn off some energy and the whole family can relax here without a worry. There is a nice little cafe to chill out, grab a coffee and have a bite to eat. It's a win-win for everyone involved.”

“As a fellow small business owner it is very disheartening to read the fake reviews against poppys cafe. I use the cafe as and when I want and it is never dirty, grubby or the staff rude. What is more the food is always good, tasty and fresh and on the only occasion in the 2 years I have known anyone to have a query with their order Alison sorted it out ASAP. The fact that the 3 1* reviews have only ever reviewed this 1 place shows they are new fake accounts all done to sabotage a business. Very sad. You should try the Latte, the coffee is very good nice beans!! Lol”
