“I have to express my delight in the service recieved from Steffans : I have big birthday approaching- found a ring - sales side extremely good - ring sent for resizing within 2 weeks had text ready to collect Sales man asked for all my other rings to clean - noticed missing gem - previously told not worth replacing - not a problem ring sent off and replaced ... Went in to Grace and co with bracelet purchased from them approx 10 years ago - leather/suede wrap around with charms - needed to know brand as suede was peeling and wanted replacement- sales assistant completely useless no idea tried to sell me Pandora...... daughter suggested I try steffans - straight in - salesman knew brand instantly and has someone that can make me a stronger leather (not suede) replacement - last longer ... So happy with Steffans knowledge and service recieved....”

“Loving my new kit from Vanelli!! the skinsuit fits perfectly and is super aero I love it!!! also my favourite item of clothing is my long sleeve jersey as the sleeves are nice and long so there is no gap imbetween the sleeve and my gloves keeping nice and warm in winter when I always struggled with other brands previously.
