“Very impressed with how quickly this garage turned around a service today , I originally wasn’t happy and complained due to arriving at the garage at 2pm and finding out my car had not been started on yet. However auto care got in touch with me when i drove home, apologised and the man drove all the way to my house to pick my car up, service it and drop it back off all for half price . i have never known a company to go to this much trouble for a customer. To go above on beyond like this I am very grateful for and it is very much appreciated the effort they made today just to get it done for me . Thankyou very much auto garage amazing customer service and i would recommend you to anybody.”

“I would firstly like to point out that the review from “AL15MSN” is completely false information and has never visited or had any correspondence with mersey tires. In my experience, mersey tires have been nothing but helpful by performing a diagnostic on a vehicle that I purchased from a fraudulent garage in Manchester called motor moment. Within the first six weeks of driving the car it was discovered by this diagnostic that the car needed an extensive amount of work doing which would simply cost more than the value of the vehicle itself. I was advised by members of staff including a lovely woman called Liv to take the car back to where I bought it as it was clearly sold to me in this awful condition. It has now been 12 months and after a long battle with court cases etc, the garage was ordered to give me my money back and only once received would they then be able to have the car back. This company is now harassing both myself and mersey tires as he believes he doesn’t need to obey the laws in this country and is clearly upset as he has been ordered to give me back my money. Mersey tires are a lovely and friendly garage who have nothing but the customers best interest in mind.”

They said there were quite free the young man at the till said we would need to pay the build at the other shop but they could assemble it for us which I thought was really nice. That's was top notch customer service. Something I will remember.”
