“Very much better than our visit many years ago. Clean, comfortable and food excellent. Great choice if mains and desserts at reasonable current prices. Well certainly come again. Our server, Diego, was very friendly, respectful and efficient. On the basis of this visit only, highly recommended.”

“In the centre of Liscard, Iceland stands: easy to get to, easily accessible for prams or wheelchairs. There's a great variety of food at reasonable prices, catering for vegetarian, vegan, and meat eaters. The service is fast, the staff are helpful and friendly - and delivery is free if you've done a full shopload. If you're a pensioner ask about the food reductions on a Tuesday as Iceland have led the charge in offering help during these difficult times. It is a supermarket that deserves to be shopped in as they have demonstrated they are a place that cares - from the CEO, to the workers in the shop isles.”

“Wow, I've often walked past this quaint little cafe, so today I decided to pop in and give it a try ( yes, I'm a person whom likes things a certain way, plus as a chef I'm over curious about whom cooks for me), So, after a gentle wandering around I thought why not, try it nothing to loose, and, boy was I surprised by everything indeed. Staff was so polite and friendly, place was warm and cosy too. Not like most place were they keep doors open hoping for customers, or having loud music playing, again hoping for customers. I ordered a large breakfast, thinking it'll be the usual standard small plus extra bacon, NO, it came with everything plus more, to the point I was unable to finish it,my tea was how tea ( in my views) should be,not too dark,not too light, just the right brew for me. I found everything clean,tidy, relaxing, staff are a full credit to this establishment, will I be returning???? Of course, Why? Because I want to try their Sunday roast, which I understand you need to book early as they run out fast. So folks, pop by, try for yourself.”

“Gorgeous afternoon tea, served and made by lovely staff. It is extremely reasonable, and you get a full sandwich, a large slice of cake of your choice, and a huge scone with jam and cream. Then, on flowing tea or coffee £14 PP. Absolutely gorgeous food and a lovely afternoon.”

“My boys absolutely love this place and so inclusive for my boys Nathaniel, Charlie and Oliver. All the team are great and they learn some great football skills too. We have had their birthday parties here two now and all done fantastically. Support local folks !”

“Lovely friendly family run restaurant. Casual cafe style dining. Food is gorgeous and portions are generous. I had the Tavuk Sis (marinated chicken skewers) served with salad, rice, fries and freshly made flatbread. Absolutely delicious, we will be back.”

“Top notch restaurant! Absolutely amazing food there, well presented, served hot and sometimes cooked at table. Place itself is well decorated and appointed. Nice lighting and vibe. Lots of seating, from 2 seat tables to full large booths and tables. Food was exceptional! Was really impressed. Had the popadum starter with a huge variety of chutneys and sauces. The slightly hot and sweet chilli was best but mango was good too. My partner had the chicken masala which was tasty and my lamb bhuna was very tasty indeed! Partner had a salmon starter and i had a kofta, these were serves sizzling in a hot dish and the flavour was first class. Will definitely be going again! Reasonable prices too, especially wed and thurs as i think is two for one. Bargain! Really good service too but beware, no desserts, was hoping for a pallette cleansing kulfi, lol.”

“Ordered online. Said expected delivery was an hour but it came after 35 minutes. Food was lovely. Chicken korma, chicken madras, pilau rice and chips. Will definately be going back and would highly recommend this place.”

“Really extensive play area for the kids. Split into several different sections to help ensure safety of littler angels. Food is actually really tasty and quite well priced. Plenty of parking, Advise booking a time slot online and you get 2 hours which is plenty!”

“Had a party here on Saturday 15/04 for my mum's 70th. They did a lovely hot/cold buffet that everyone enjoyed, and decorated the room beautifully. All reasonably priced too. Thank you so much, it was perfect and mum had a lovely time!”

“My partner& I have been going to Puddos since it opened. We are giving it 5* because you get what you pay for & more. The portions are fantastic, it’s well presented & the hot desserts are always hot on arrival. We went to the shop yesterday to collect and the owner is so welcoming and has put a lot of hard work and thought into his business. It’s a family run business and the desserts created are outstanding. They put a lot of care and thought into their desserts. And they are very generous with the chocolate sauces on top of the brownies, cookies & waffles, so that the dessert is not to dry which we have found most dessert places on the Wirral are not generous with and charge way more. We will forever support this local business for when we both want to have our weekend guilty pleasure:)”

“Been using this place for as long as I can remember, back from when it was Poulton Tandoori, probably 30 years plus. It has been consistently great in all that time. The customer service is another thing that keeps us going back. They know us by name and our "usual" order. If you're looking for a great local gem that's family run and been at the heart of the local community for decades then you won't go wrong with Sweet Chilli. Tracy & Carl x”

“Had another lovely meal at Portofino. We were seated opposite the sea view. The general atmosphere in the restaurant is serene, a lot of effort has been made to create an authentic Italian feel. The food as always was top quality, a taste sensation and is very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone for romantic dining or even with the family or work fucntions. Tip- Make sure you order a garlic bread with cheese, it's too good not to!”
