The one on one and group activities are great and I would sincerely recommend this service to anyone with a young child struggling with their emotions. I can’t fault them at all, I was kept in the loop, communication is great and they really brought my little girl out of her shell and helped her manage her emetophobia.”

“I’ve been having tooth pain in a tooth I chipped when I was younger. This practice was able to give me an emergency nhs appointment and I saw Ayala Haririri. She listened to what my problems were and did an examination and booked me in for another appointment in a couple weeks for a root canal. She made me feel really comfortable and explained everything in a way I could understand”

“I visited A&E on Saturday morning (1st Mar) and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their care and dedication. The waiting time was 8 hours, which I fully expected as the department was extremely busy. I was seen by a doctor after 5 hours, and although my initial results were fine, she wanted to carry out more tests to make sure everything was absolutely fine before discharging me – which I truly appreciated. Bloods and ECG were done straight away by two lovely ladies, Sheila and Mary, who were friendly, polite, and very caring. Unfortunately, I can't remember the doctor's name, but she was brilliant – so kind, patient, and attentive. Despite how busy it was, the whole A&E team coped with the pressure incredibly well. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!”
