They were ready for us immediately, performed an ultrasound, gave IVs and medication, and confirmed there was actually NO blockage and NO stones. The nurse that saw us when we dropped him off and picked him up was an absolute star who explained everything very thoroughly and told us that surgery wasn't necessary for our cat and so they would refund us for that fee.”
