Due to the time and day I thought we may have to wait until mid week for the element but no, notified by the company the order had been dispatched on Friday and further notified by Royal Mail on Saturday that they would deliver the item on Monday. Can't do better than that, thank you element replacements.”

“Inspired provided an excellent service on a bathroom. This included changing the layout, with all the unseen drainage changes, to make it much more practical so as to have a much larger shower. The choice of, and quality of the materials, is excellent. The installation was excellent - the main workman who did some heavy work also had a real eye for detail - every thing was done to perfection. It was also a pleasure to have him around and not causing any unnecessary disruption. The work was done to budget and, any unforeseen beneficial work, was done to achieve the final result such that every part of a millimetre stands up to close inspection. I have no hesitation in saying the service provided by all and the final result were excellent. I didn’t give immediate feedback as it is possible that sometimes things can come to light later as to how things might have been done differently. “Winsford Branch. Great place. Great products. Great staff... I had 3 bathroom suites designed here and priced. The designer Graham is excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I ha e purchase 2 bathroom suites from them and will buy a 3rd when needed and then more in time... I went to some of the small local independents in Northwich and they advertise the same products but city plumbing has so much more as well. City plumbing don't charge for a design, they come out measure up or work of plans where as all the others who I asked if they do a design service charge around £150min for the service. City also deliver free of charge but also keep all the products in the warehouse and delivers them as you need them or collect them as you need, it is great if space is tight at home or the property. Very Highly recommended if there were 6 stars I would give it to them... Cheers Graham and the team.”
