“I just want to say how amazing my experience was here! I needed a new tyre from a puncture and I wanted my tracking doing. My tracking hasn’t been right for a long time! I’ve even been to multiple garages to try and resolve this but it was always still wrong. John did my tracking and took it out for a spin himself. Even when it wasn’t right, he did it again until it was! My steering has never been better! It’s been a huge annoyance for so long until today and I can’t thank John (with help from Marcus) enough! They said they would be open and when I turned up they were closed (understandable due to snow) I panicked as I need to give my car back to dealership tomorrow as it's a lease car and it really needed a full valet. So i rang the car wash and they sent one if their workers round on his own in 5 minutes and he done a full valet and it's the best one I've ever had. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
