“For the past several years Paul has looked after a number of our insurance needs, from Commercial Property Insurance through to our personal and now business Car insurance policies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. However, I just wanted to take a minute to highlight and thank Paul for the most recent policy he has put in place for us as a family. Private Medical Insurance. This is one of those policies that we never seemed to get around to sorting out. Even after a real family medial scare - undergoing ‘Emergency spinal’ surgery a couple of years ago, it still seemed a headache to now arrange. Initial online enquiries after the afore mentioned event, meant that I was regularly hounded by certain providers with pressured sales calls, texts & emails - that I was becoming very good at ignoring and deflecting if they ever managed to get through. Paul has always stressed the importance of PMI and when finally sitting down with Paul to arrange this was as easy and stress free as he promised. We explained any medical history, including our sons Type 1 Diabetes and Paul in return explained clearly how these would affect any of our cover now and in the future. He then went away and came back with several options based on our circumstances, requirements and budget. We now have Full PMI insurance in place for ourselves as Directors of our business (so a tax efficient benefit) as well as cover for our family all through the same Policy. The Process was easy, stress free and in all honestly I wish I’d done it years ago. Peace of Mind at last that should we ever need it, our family will be properly looked after – Seen by a GP, Diagnosed and be treated with as a priority by specialists in that field.
