Fergus comes across as being knowledgeable about motorcycling based on a couple of comments about helmets he made over the phone and if I didnt have an accident managment company and law firm acting on behalf of my insurer already I would gladly have Fergus take on my case. Depending on how my case progresses, I may well pass the case onto him based on our conversations to date. As a motorcycle instructor, it matters to me if my claim is being handled by a fellow motorcyclist and I would not hesitate to recommend Fergus from what I have learned from him so far.”
