Jay Dempsey, however, has been absolutely brilliant. Chasing a certificate of conformity for a 1995 vehicle that, as it turns out, doesn't exist. Went to the effort of calling me multiple times and even e-mailing Mercedes engineering in Germany to help me get the answers and information I need. The standard of service you'd expect from people selling S-Classes and AMGs, not pick-up trucks and box vans. “Gilbert came out to diagnose an engine light fault on my GLE 350D. I called him Saturday morning and he arrived a few hours later. Telling me the error was with the 02 sensor he recommended using a product to clean it by putting it in my fuel tank. This I did and the light has stayed off. I found Gilbert to be professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and use him again. James”
