Dr Fionnuala Lyons spoke to me a few days before the procedure to ensure I understood what was happening and on the day she talked to me to make me comfortable She made sure I was calm before the extraction. She put me at ease by playing music from a concert we had both attended. She asked me what I was comfortable with I.e did I want to hear what she was doing throughout the process or did I prefer not to know. She recognized when I was uncomfortable or in pain and paused to ensure I was okay. I would definitely recommend her.”
