“This is an excellent garage. My son in law had an issue with his car after driving down from Bedford. Didn’t know exactly what it was as there were no warning lights but he couldn’t get over about 30mph. They worked really hard figuring out the problem but eventually solved it, replaced the necessary parts and test drove it. All at a very reasonable price and taking time to explain and show to my son in law what they had needed to do. Good, old fashioned service.”

“It's been a while since I'd eaten at The Red Lion. I was excited to return, as I've always enjoyed the food and the riverside setting is stunning. It's was a bit rainy when we went, so we sat in the lovely restaurant area. It was 5pm during the week, so it was quiet when we arrived. We were served by a few different members of staff during our meal. The service was friendly, professional and attentive. It's a great menu with good choice (without being to big). The starters were all delicious, and they also have a choice of bar snacks, so my son chose the croquettes from that part of the menu. The mains were also great. Generous portions, beautifully presented, all delicious and made with quality ingredients. Our children wanted desserts, so my wife and I, although very full, shared an apple tarte tatin. It was amazing. All in all, an outstanding meal, and a big step up from normal pub food. A lovely NZ sauvignon blanc at a reasonable price too! Highly recommend.”

“Turned up exactly on time. I asked about taking the dog during booking and they were immediately fine about it. Lee the driver was calm and relaxed and therefore so were we, with the dog on board. She behaved herself perfectly sitting on our laps (she's a big dog). Careful efficient driving and really respect that they agree to take well behaved dogs. Thanks Station Cars. Will be back!”

“After staying at dozens of Holiday Inns in the USA this came as an amazing surprise as the level of service and standards was far far higher than expected. The rooms, although somewhat cozy felt brand new and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and extensive and the only thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that there were rampaging, yelling and screaming children running roughshot all throughout the dining and buffet area. Would definitely stay here again, but will bring earplugs now down to the restaurant.”

“I ordered this today off uber eats, and I must say by far this is definitely the best Aromatic duck I’ve ever tasted. Seasoned and cooked to perfection and a very large portion. Very generous with free savoury confectionary such as prawn crackers and fortune cookies, everyone loves a fortune cookie, especially this time of year! All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. We really feel like our pets are in safe hands here and are grateful to have found this practice.”

“Really friendly and welcoming staff. Well organised and well thought out safety procedures. A beautiful lake to swim in. You do have to book ahead and fill out health form, on first visit they get you to swim to a buoy and back just to check that you are confident in the water and then you can swim one of two loops around the lake, a shorter or a longer. There is a coffee van and somewhere to rent tow floats and wetsuits.”
