“Amazing food. Ordered a takeaway and the food was fresh, tasty and arrived hot. There was a small mixup with our order, but the manager was exceptionally nice and helpful. They sorted it out straight away. resent the correct food and even included some complimentary extras. Really impressed with the service . we’ll definitely order again!”

“Initially, we were a little sceptical as the pizzas are pricey. Also, there was an issue when trying to place our order online, so we had to call in the end. However, we have nothing but praise for Crust. The person who took our order was super friendly and made the adjustments we asked for. Our pizzas arrived quickly, piping hot, and were absolutely delicious. Best pizza delivery we've had, by far! Quality ingredients, tasty and imaginative flavour combinations and really filling. Well worth the money, we'll definitely be ordering again!”

The shop was clean and the staff were friendly, we had tried to do an online order but as we were driving this wasn't very successful so we parked up around the corner and ordered instore which was excellent the food was prepared and cooked quickly was piping hot and delicious too. We were driving to Gatwick Airport from Suffolk and this is an ideal location to stop for food, will definitely be back.”

They really went out their way to get it right for us, and labelled all the food with our own personalised labels. The food tasted so good and even though there were loads of pizzas and sides it was all very warm. “We have been here a few times and always return for our wedding anniversary. This year was the first year we brought out 1 year old son with us and the staff were so brilliant with him. They got the table all set up before we arrived which was just a lovely touch - usually I'm having to run around trying to find a high chair. Kalia was our waitress and right from the start she was so warm and welcoming. She waved to our son and made him smile, and she showed us the vast array of children's toys and books they had available to entertain him with! I've never experienced such thoughtfulness for children at a restaurant before. The food was brilliant as always. At one point we even thought to ask if our son's meals were actually from the kid's menu because the portion sizes were so good! My husband had the ribs which he says are incredible every time, and I had the vegetable ravioli which tasted really fresh. We will continue to return here for our anniversary, and I'm sure we will make a few more trips throughout the year too! Thank you for the lovely food and for making us feel so comfortable with a young child.”

The pizzas are packed with flavor, and the sides, especially the chicken poppers and dessert brownies, are a must-try. I also appreciate deals and promos that make it great value for money. “I visited this restaurant with a client for the first time,this week. A wonderful gem, in a small village. Excellent food and service, extremely good wine and the chef/owner an absolute gentlemen with a great sense of humour. I live in France and have to say, one of the finest meals I have had anywhere.”

“We love this little family restaurant. Whenever we visit family in Brentwood from our home on the South Coast we try to eat here. It always feel’s homely. We have young grandchildren and they enjoy the pizzas very much. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and service always excellent . We are looking forward to our Christmas visit very much. .”

“Great pub at the traffic lights top of Shenfield and Brentwood Road. Refurbished a few years ago,more open plan and airy. Three hand pulled ales, Greene King IPA, Theakstons Best Bitter and Timothy Taylors Landlord. Contemporary selection of lagers and excellent range of spirits. Very dog friendly,super barmaid gave my dog treats and made sure she had water. Reasonably priced and good choices of food menu with standard dishes and nice range on smaller dishes such as sandwiches etc. Served until 8pm Mon-Sat, 5pm Sun. Didn't eat this time, but will on future visits. Three screens showing 2 Carabao Cup matches on my evening visit.”

They can be a little spicy depending on the dish you choose, so it would be good to give spice intensity options, like mild, medium and hot but otherwise the food is always piping hot and tasty! Full of flavour, CLEAN and great service!”

“Am from the north. Seen all bad reviews and I still ordered as others peoples opinion don’t matter to mine. Mrs loves this place and every time I am down here I have to get the chicken omelet. It’s to die for. Fresh hot and lovely food. Will come back every time I wm in Essex”
