“A wonderful experience, I visited with a group of 5 (myself included) and the worker allowed us to push together the tables and was super helpful and accommodating! We ordered three pizzas and all three were delicious. Everything was homemade which was extremely impressive, and the atmosphere was very calm, and pleasant. 10/10 customer service, and 10/10 food!! I recommend visiting or ordering here if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere with wonderful customer service!”

“This place is just the cutie. Visited yesterday for some late lunch staff lovely, and our pizzas were super yummi. We will definitely go back nearer the summer time. Dress up warm if you go soon the waiting time isn't long and the pizza warms you up. No customer toliet so make sure you go before.”

“Hands down the BEST pizza in Lewes! Nah… actually it’s the best pizza I think I’ve ever had. No joke! The Fuoco Blue is my weakness. Super friendly staff in a sweet, simply, hidden away location behind the station. And now they do awesome coffee too! If you like a raw and rustic atmosphere, friendly, down to earth staff and pizza that is frickin heaven with every mouthful - then def come here!”

“We had a delicious vegan lunch at Wild Cherry. We shared a vegan sausage roll, roasted pepper with chickpeas and bulghur and mushroom lasagna. We also picked up a few things from the deli. We really recommend this place!”

“Love this local gem. Dropped in this evening after a long day of cooking roasts ourself. New menu item was deep fried olives with a tangy dipping sauce. I could have eaten a whole plate. Pizzas fresh and tasty and burrata the perfect accompaniment Harvey our server was friendly and welcoming just adding to a lovely experience as always. Highly recommend”

“Oh my word - we popped in last night before the cinema for a bite to eat and wow wow wow. It was so delicious! We shared mushroom and truffle arancini balls which were so so tasty, as well as Sicilian hot dogs and cheesy chips. We also had a sweet treat each after - I hade a pistachio sfogliatelle and my hubby had a white chocolate puff and the whole lot was just absolutely delicious! We will be gong back asap! It was also lovely to sit just outside in the beautiful evening sunshine!”

“Amazing experience at Yummy Pizza Polegate! I collected a 24" Margherita pizza and it was such a fun and unique treat - I had never seen a pizza this big before! The crust was fluffy and crispy and every bite was full of flavour. The cheese was perfect making the whole pizza incredibly delicious! Even the next morning it still tasted great, even cold! The staff was also very pleasant! Big thanks for this yummy pizza! :) Highly recommend!”

“The kebabs are absolutely delicious, very cheap compared to Kebab shops and their Turkish kebabs with rice underneath if you’ve been to Turkey, you know what I’m talking aboutand the guys who work there are very friendly and polite Highly recommend”

“We popped in for lunch and told the staff that it was our 22nd anniversary. We both had the set £10 menu. I had mushroom gyōza and Kakugiri ramen and my partner had pork gyōza and Tokyo ramen and we each had a half of Kirin beer. The food was delicious and such great value and the beer was lovely and refreshing. When we came to pay, our waitress said the beer was comped to celebrate our anniversary. What a lovely gesture. Great team, great food.”

“Came here as it was a 5-minute walk away from our hotel, what a gem of a pizza place to find! There was a deal on where buying an XL-size pizza gets you a Small pizza for free - took that deal up and it ended up being my lunch & dinner the following day. Portion & toppings were superb (Mighty Meaty pictured), tasted top-notch (the Homemade Garlic sauce is lovely), and the owner was such a gentleman - great service all around, would highly recommend!”

“Me and my partner are now aiming to become regulars after 2 visits here! The food is consistently superb and fresh. The owner, 'Chandra', is so lovely on our first visit that he sat us down and spoke us through his menu. This is an amazing place for regular diners but must go place for veggie and vegans- as Chandra is one himself. My Italian partner told me she hasn't had tofu this good before! We also love their coffee, one of the best blends in brighton (they get and roast their single blend Indonesian beans themselves!)- they even bring over fresh coconut milk! Our favourite drinks, besides the coffee, were the sex in the jungle cocktail and tropical jungle juice smoothie. We're also big fans of the green curry (with duck) and panaeng curry (with the lovely tofu) The ONLY thing that could make the experience even better is softer light. It always being bright takes away from the atmosphere, but it's only a minor thing”

“If i could give service 10* I would. I've been 5 times over the years and the manager is just the nicest man you'll ever meet. Really passionate about his job and has this Italian charm about him. The food of course is exceptional with each pizza becoming more difficult to choose because they're all so tasty. Not greasy either which always sits heavy in my stomach. By far, the best branch in the UK.”

“I tried the Asian Fusion and Veggie Supreme pizzas, both served on a thin, crispy crust and freshly baked in the fire oven. The shakes are thick, creamy, and full of flavour, made fresh to order with quality ingredients. Whether you choose a classic or something indulgent like Nutella or Biscoff, they are the perfect sweet finish to your meal, and the prices are very reasonable too.”

“Lovely little pizza restaurant offering in restaurant and takeaway located near St James Street and walking distance from the beach Very quiet atmosphere cosy Clean Staff are polite but felt rush to order and not as friendly as other places Service was fast specially that all food are freshly prepared Booking is available and maybe recommended on week end Rest selection of starters, mains, Pizzas and Pastas Prices are reasonable Margherita Lasagna Pasta carbonara Tiramisu Ordered the pepperoni pizza £12.95 with extra mushrooms for £2.50 extra charge and a coke £18.95 Pizza are massive I could only eat half of it but was allowed to take the rest home ( box was given on request) big enough to share in my opinion Wood burning pizza You can also buy some very Italian Products like Biscuits, flour, jam Open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday 12:00-22:30”
