“We had to choose an approved repairer from our insurance company’s list following some bodywork damage in an accident. We went for Alpha Bodyworks based on the reviews we read. When it came to taking our car to site we met with Shane, a thoroughly professional and likeable person. He took us through the steps involved in the repair process and even showed us around the workshop to better explain the various stages. When we collected the car, Shane was on hand to explain what had been done - the car was immaculate - not only was the bodywork like new with the paintwork on the panels perfectly matched in but the car had been thoroughly cleaned and valeted. “Fantastic clinic which seems to specialise in maternity and x-ray. Very friendly and helpful staff, clinic was unbelievably clean. Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”

“I must say that a lot of these negative reviews of "the lady" doctor I find hard understand. I found her to be direct and efficient. Getting straight to the point. She ordered urgent bloods for me and asked the lab to double check the results given their nature. Then went on to expedite my hospital admission past triage. Once I was better she even said are you sure you're ready to go back to work, you've been exceptionally brave. My gut feeling is that those complaining are coming in for trivial, home remedy ailments that are readily treatable by a pharmacist or even at home.”
