“Very tasty! I didn’t expect to find a real restaurant in an airport terminal. Normally you’ll find some overpriced restaurants more for a snack, but this one offered a full high quality meal. Definitely worth the price and considering it”

“All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “My visit to wagamama was very good. I was seated by the window. The place was clean and very busy. I ordered a raisukaree curry. I had a free coffee on my app which I was able to redeem. The service was very nice and polite. Everyone was working hard and efficient from what I have seen. A girl named Nik was amazing, she made sure I am all set and looked after. Thanks Nik! I enjoyed the nice view while eating. Great experience!”

“Wow what an awesome surprise waiting for us in the duty free section at London Heathrow. We stopped at Carluccio's for a bite and shared a wonderful picante pizza. Finished off with cappuccinos and canoli and lemon cake. Everything was perfect. Well done and highly recommended!!”

“After a string of bad reviews I expected a slow, painful affair - but nope, am pleased to report that I had a great meal here, exactly what a weary traveler hopes for. Regarding the food, I give a particular shoutout to the Indian items. I can never get it spicy enough, and while not overwhelming, my request for “as hot as possible” yielded a respectable level of heat and lots of fresh peppers added (delicious!). Service was quick and pleasant, everything came out fairly briskly. They definitely have a captive audience but this was one satisfied customer.”

“Really happy with the food and service! I’m half Singaporean and the laksa was probably one of the closest to what you can get back home. Lovely wait staff (had Saw) and front of house was very welcoming. Highly recommend coming a bit earlier to fill up pre flight!”
