“Wow! I went to this Potters Bar Thai when it was the Royal Elephant and have seen it go through some changes - name, ownership etc. - and this is by far the best version. I think this should not be a 'secret', but lauded from the rooftops. Too much praise? Not enough praise more like it. It is light and airy, very clean, comfortable and yet feels special. The service is warm and friendly. The food is absolutely excellent and so reasonably priced! Love, Love, Love”

“We had the buffet menu, the food was nice and freshly cooked. It isn't a typical buffet where you can help yourself. It is table service and you can only have 2 dishes from either the starters and mains at any time, once you finish those dishes you can keep ordering from the same menu as many times as you like. Dishes typically take 15-20 mins to arrive. You get 2 hours and drinks are not included. The staff are really pleasant and friendly and it's a nice location on the waterfront with paid for parking nearby.”

“This restaurant is more than twice the distance of my local one but so worth the extra travel time. The dim sum was exceptional, very high quality and well made. It was also very good value compared to the nearest biggest dim sum restaurant. An unexpected added bonus was the Saturday 1pm raffle which was good fun and very generous of the restaurant. Staff and service was great too. No dedicated parking is the only negative. I highly recommend and I will be returning again soon.”

“Delicious food. Not busy at all - we went at 6pm on a week night. Everything was super tasty - apart from the ice cream which was bland and we wouldn't get again. Everything else was exceptional and we will revisit regularly. The traditional Thai décor is lovely and the soundtrack was pure 80s vibes - for some reason! “Visited for lunch with a colleague. The most gorgeous interior!!! For £7 you can have a starter and a main. The beef masaman curry was gorgeous and the spring rolls and prawn toast were both crispy and delicious. Waited no more than 10 minutes for the food. Only mini gripe was that it was absolutely freezing in there but I'll be going back regardless, again and again!”
