“Great company to deal with. My car was damaged when a car I was going past opened their door. Took off the wing mirror, damaged the front and rear passenger doors and took off the door handle. Spoke to my insurer (Admiral) who advised this was their authorised repair local to me. Accident was on Thursday 1pm and insurance informed within 15mins. Fix Auto called Friday morning to ask for photos to check extent of damage and communicate with the insurance company. Monday morning got a call and car was booked in for collection or delivery on Wednesday. As they open at 07:30 meant I could drop off on my way to work. Quickly turned around on collection and got a nearly brand new courtesy car. I estimated it would take 4 days to fix and got a call on Monday afternoon to collect. Damage was invisible, car immaculate - was cleaner than when I bought this car second hand from a dealer who had done full deep clean. Even the boot was spotless and got all the cat fur off, from our cat who goes on holiday with us! From contact to get photos to collecting the car took under 10 days and under 5 days (4 if discount Sunday) for the repair. Amazing work ethic, super friendly staff, amazing communication - each call if missed was followed by a text to say what they called about, rapid phone responses. So glad Admiral use them and wouldn't hesitate to use them as a private customer.”
