“This school has such a special place in my (and my children’s) heart. The attentiveness, kindness and care of all the teachers/staff is unmatched. I love that they put heart into making the environment warm and homey; and it has a great garden space too. They truly care about getting to know your child and they care about you as a parent as well. The school has a beautiful parent & child group where my child and I met many friends. It also has a wonderful, tight-knit community within the school. They even offer parent workshops from time to time that really make us parents feel supported through different phases of our kids life. I have so much more to say but I’ll leave with this being said: the greatest gift you can give to your child is to let their imagination be encouraged and nurtured in a safe environment - and this school is it.”

Both developed strong bonds with the staff and my daughter currently attending just adores them and they have been a brilliant support in her care and development since she was 9 months old. Now that they have moved to a new premises the setting itself cannot be faulted, they have beautiful classrooms and an outside space that the children can run around and play which was the only downside with the old building.”

“My daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now when she was 11 months old and I always find her cheerful there - it feels like a second home to her. I would like to say this is one of the best childcare centres in this area. I was very skeptical initially as a mum to leave my daughter the whole day (10hours). All the staff members Veerpal, Dale, Shazia, Tahira, etc including the head teacher Himanshu are so nurturing, supportive, caring, attentive, kind and helpful to her as well as the other babies. I have always found the key worker Veerpal to be very communicative about my daughter's progress (including the online updates about her progress) and the way she allowed my daughter to take her time to settle in. Whenever I needed any kind of adjustments the whole staff including admin team was always supportive and efficient. The staff do invest a lot of time, effort and patience to allow babies to explore and be independent. I was surprised when I saw my daughter wanting to drink water/milk in a cup on her own without spilling, Building sand castles, messy plays, spending a good amount of time daily in the garden, allowing babies to make individual decisions, making shapes out of play dough, exploring natural materials and nature, singing various rhymes and describing the characters from the story, etc They do have a lot of extra activities for kids accompanied by parents. A yearly outdoor (farm) trip for the kids and parents. Visits to religious places accompanied by parents, obstacle course, etc I have seen a lot of improvements and her skills being enhanced each time. I would highly recommend the Grove house infant centre to anyone looking for a childcare / nursery in the area.”

“Our daughter has been full time at Bumble Bees for 18 months and it is a truly wonderful nursery. She is surrounded by love and care and she has deep bonds with several of the staff. Since starting the pre-school group in September her development has been really noticeable. The activities are varied and interesting and our daughter relishes the learning. “My son started attending the nursery when he turned 2. He had a speech delay and struggled with social play. It only took a month for me to see how much of an astounding effect Ihsan had on my son. He started talking more, playing with other kids, listening to instructions etc and a major part of this development was the staff at Ihsan nursery. They also supported him with the local SENCO and support plan meetings with me and his key carer. This made me feel so assured that the areas where my son needs assistance in developing would be focused on and worked on during his time at nursery. It wasn’t just as if I was leaving my son with babysitters but I was taking him to a nursery that actually considers and really cares about helping children develop essential skills and qualities that will help them for the rest of their lives. I also used to take my twin daughters to the stay and play from when they were around 1 till they were ready to join the nursery. They absolutely loved it. I would go almost everyday and they had different themed activities, friendly staff and a clear routine (play, clean up, circle time) which really helped my daughters once they started nursery at Ihsan. My kids love it at Ihsan and I’m so proud that they are part of the Ihsan family.”

“My son has been going to this nursery for a few months now, I was very scared and worried before he started as he'd always been with me only for 14 months but they made him feel like at home, he's been happy and cheerful everyday he went in, he's having fun and everyone has such a care with him and his needs. They are very patient with my requests and they are very thoughtful in sending me pictures and updating me, when I leave him crying they reassure me with pictures that he's well and having a good day. They update the app regularly so I can easily track how much he eats and sleep as well as giving me a thorough handover at pick up. They also make regular observations and reports tracking his development, as much as he was ready to walk, it took him going into nursery and seeing the other kids to give him the courage to take his first steps. Every single person has been fantastic and I'm very happy and grateful for everyone taking care of my little boy but I want to give a special thanks to his room leader Jade for the care she puts into taking care of him and the other children as well.”

“I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”
