She was very nice and reassured me. Later i was called by the office and offered a compensation for the treatment i was unhappy with. (Mind you, i have been with them for years and i have always been on time, kind and respectful) I love this place, they helped me so much with my skin and been going for laser treatment for years. But the fact that each person does it in a different way is not always helpful. The last person was moving the laser so quickly it only flashed on me in every 3rd spot. Now i am more hairy than i was the previous time after 8 weeks... Session wasted pretty much”
